We want every order from Plump Studios to arrive safely and quickly. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order:

Shipping Rates:

• Small & Medium Items (e.g., pajamas, small homewares) → £2.99

• Large Items (e.g., cushions, larger homewares) → £9.95

We aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly, usually within 1–2 business days.

 

Delivery Times:

• UK Standard: 2–5 business days

 

Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available) so you can follow your package.

 

Lost or Damaged Items:
If your item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at info@plumpstudios.co.uk, and we’ll make it right.
