Returns & Refunds Policy
At Plump Studios, we want every customer to feel delighted with their purchase. If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry — our returns and refunds policy is here to make things simple and stress-free. This policy works alongside your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
1. How long do I have to return?
You have up to 30 days from the day your order arrives to send back eligible items. To qualify, items need to be unused, in their original condition, and include any tags and packaging.
2. What can’t be returned?
Some items are a little different and can’t be sent back unless they arrive faulty:

Sale, clearance, or gift card items
3. How do I start a return?
It’s simple: just email us at info@plumpstudios.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll get back to you within 1–2 working days with the next steps, including our return address (or a prepaid label if your item is faulty).
4. Who pays for return shipping?

Changed your mind? You’ll just need to cover the return postage.

Received something damaged or faulty? We’ll take care of the return shipping. We’ll either send you a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable costs.
5. When will I get my refund?
As soon as we receive your item and check it over, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If an item isn’t returned in its original condition (e.g. worn, used, damaged, or missing tags), we may reduce or decline the refund — but we’ll always let you know first.
6. What if my return can’t be accepted?
If we’re unable to approve a return, we’ll explain why and give you the option of having the item sent back to you (postage costs may apply).
7. Do you accept international returns?
Yes — if you’re returning from outside the UK, you’ll need to cover return shipping and any customs or import duties, unless the item is faulty.
8. Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK and EU consumer protection law, including your right to cancel many online purchases within 14 days of delivery.
